The Hub is a specialist contractor that has delivered high quality projects for national and international clients for the last decade. With experience in delivering projects from construction to fit-out we are able to deliver turnkey projects in a collaborative manner that ensures that the expectations of our clients and their visitors are met.

With over 15,000 square feet of facilities in the West Midlands and a network of known specialist sub-contractors, The Hub are able to deliver these high quality projects throughout Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the Middle East.

Our personnel are assigned to a project for the full duration, with each and every project having the full commitment of a board director. This ensures that our ethos of delivering projects on time and on budget, in a spirit of cooperation and collaboration is achieved on all projects and results in long term relationships that see’s The Hub working for organisations time and time again.

The Hub understands the needs of our clients and professional teams; in many of our projects, we are involved from an early stage, providing support such as technical development, budgets and programmes prior to pre-qualification and tender. We believe that the pre-construction phase and working collaboratively to develop exhibition structures and methodologies will be critical to the project’s success.

The Hub has a proven track record of working with client direct contractors and suppliers ensuring a collaborative and all-encompassing approach. This experience has particularly been relevant when dealing with national museums such as the Victoria & Albert Museum, The Science Museum and Tate Modern.

The Hub continually strive to provide projects which are sustainable and of high quality. Each staff member at The Hub plays their part in producing high quality products and services, following the ethos to working set out in The Hub’s Quality Assurance Policy and Sustainability Policy.

Due to the nature of the projects that The Hub has undertaken with both private and public clients that have multiple funding streams and stakeholders requiring close consultation, we understand the needs of these tasks and the programme requirements. The projects on which we work often require value engineering periods, careful programming to meet funding approvals and stakeholder requirements and content development periods that require dedicated client resources. This experience allows The Hub to add value through careful programming to ensure that resources are assigned at the right time without increased costs and that key programme dates are met.
