JANVS Design was formed in 1983 as a specialist provider of design and exhibition services to the cultural heritage sector. One of the Group’s first clients was the York Archaeological Trust – creators of the world famous JORVIK Viking Centre – and one of our most prestigious projects was the creation of a permanent exhibition of Domesday Book and Magna Carta at the Public Record Office: The National Archives in Kew. These are just two of the many clients with whom the JANVS team continue to set new standards for world-leading heritage projects.

With over twenty-five years of experience, JANVS is one of the longest established designers of award-winning museums, galleries and visitor attractions in the UK.  The team also enjoys an established reputation on the world stage; to date, the design team of JANVS has contributed to over 300 projects around the world, providing clients with a completely integrated project planning, research, audience development, design and procurement service.
