Applied games studio Preloaded has announced the appointment of Jessica Taylor as Managing Director.
In this role, she will work with Creative Director, Phil Stuart to drive Preloaded forward as it seeks to establish itself as the world’s leading producer of Applied Games.
Taylor joins Preloaded from her position as Vice President, Experience Design and General Manager, Antenna Lab at Antenna International, where she was responsible for devising and delivering innovative visitor experiences for some of the leading cultural sites in the world, including: Tate, National Gallery, Vatican Museums, Sagrada Familia and The Museum of Modern Art.
Taylor set up Antenna Lab, Antenna’s innovation arm, and launched the Nesta-funded public art engagement project, Talking Statues, which brought statues to life through people’s smartphones in London and Chicago, in partnership with Sing London.

Preloaded’s Bafta-winning studio has a track record of developing ‘games with purpose’ for clients in the cultural sector and beyond including, Science Museum, British Museum and the Franklin Museum. To create these games, the Preloaded team apply a Games-based learning model, which places the user at the centre of their design process, developing products that meet the needs of the audience.
