With the combined technical knowledge, creative story-telling and project management skills to bring these stories to life across social media you will lead the Museum in engaging our millions of social followers and grow our audience nationally and internationally.
The plans you create and deliver will drive ambitious reach and engagement targets and achieve referral traffic objectives to nhm.ac.uk. You will constantly test new products and ideas, advise and train colleagues, provide analysis on performance, monitor customer perceptions and identify key influencers and opportunities. Tracking technical developments and market trends, you will constantly evolve the Museum’s plan and regularly update colleagues on progress.
Working collaboratively with teams across the museum this role will own and co-ordinate the content plan and lead a group of social media contributors from public engagement, strategic communications and science teams. You will also be hands-on with posting content.
