Coline Cuau joins international speaker line-up at Museum Ideas 2018 in London
Coline is Visitor Insights Manager at the British Museum. Part digital marketer and part data analyst, Coline’s focus is on innovation and open data in the public sector. At the British Museum, Coline is responsible for data analysis and reporting – uncovering clear actionable insights from large datasets such as visitor feedback, wifi, ticketing data and website analytics to improve visitor experience; sharing this information through reports and promoting the use of insights in decision-making around the museum. She is also involved in digital marketing – tracking performance of the museum’s social media and online channels, helping define and monitor relevant success metrics across digital platforms, automating reporting for key KPIs, and training colleagues to use relevant tools. Prior to join the British Museum, Coline was Digital Project Manager at GuestViews in Paris – a digital guestbook which gathers data about visitors and helps cultural institutions better understand their audiences. Their main clients are Louvre, RMN-Grand Palais, Quai Branly, MUCEM, Musée de la Chasse & de la Nature. Coline has undergraduate and graduate degrees from Sciences Po in France.
